“This place is amazing. I had unfortunately purchased a new 2014 Subaru which turned out to be the worst model ever made. They put in a new transmission and fixed all the little problems the original dealership told us they were unable to address without the car being totaled. Genuine geniuses who love cars and do honest work.Services: Transmission”

“Tom really is a great guy. Someone let me know all my brake lights were out so he fit me in despite it being a full day. Great prices, great guy, highly recommend going here!”

“Best experience I’ve had buying a car. Nick and Judy are so kind and knowledgeable. I had an issue with the car right after leaving, and instead of saying tough luck or giving me a hard time, they had me bring it back and got it fixed quickly. They even reimbursed me for my gas and dinner driving out there. By far the kindest and most accommodating experience I’ve had buying a car. Drove it all the way home to Michigan after that with no problems, thank you again to Nick and Judy!! 10/10 experience”

“These guys are amazing! This is my second time coming here. The first time was for my wife’s Toyota RAV4 — it needed all new brake pads and rotors, and they got it done quickly and at a great price. Today I brought in my Toyota 4Runner. I originally thought I just needed the rotors and pads replaced because the car vibrated every time I hit the brakes, so I assumed the rotors were warped. But after taking a closer look, they discovered that both front calipers were seized. They replaced them for me quickly and efficiently, and the car feels great now. Highly recommend their honest and professional service!”

“I had an outstanding experience with Palella’s Auto Body! Mario provided incredible customer service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He kept me informed throughout the process and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in providing excellent service. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend Palella’s Auto Body to anyone looking for quality service and a team that truly cares. Ask for Mario—you won’t be disappointed!”
