“I was sent there by Arlington Lexus. I got there and behind the desk was Matthew. He came out took a look at my car. I felt I had major issue that needed addressing. He assessed the problem and was able to make a temporary adjustment. He was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful. The customer service was above and beyond my expectations.”

“I had an outstanding experience with Palella’s Auto Body! Mario provided incredible customer service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He kept me informed throughout the process and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in providing excellent service. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend Palella’s Auto Body to anyone looking for quality service and a team that truly cares. Ask for Mario—you won’t be disappointed!”
