Our 7-year-old mix breed dog, Bradley, recently had a teeth cleaning and extraction, and we could not be more thrilled with every aspect of his care. At just 12 lbs, having him go under anesthesia is always nerve-wracking. But from the moment we walked in, the entire staff put us completely at ease with their warmth, professionalism, and genuine love for animals.
Dr. Miller is simply outstanding. She was thorough, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to giving Bradley the best possible outcome. Bradley desperately needed this dental work (his breath was kicking), and thanks to Dr. Miller's expertise, he came through like a champ. The difference in him already is night and day — you can just tell he feels so much better!
The support staff deserves just as much praise. Everyone we encountered was kind, attentive, and made Bradley feel safe and loved throughout the entire process. It's rare to find a team where every single person clearly cares so deeply about their patients.

“I have not recently been as impressed as I was with Roselle Animal Hospital. We recently adopted a six month old puppy. Tragically, he pushed open the back door and when called home, he ran directly into a moving car and lost his life. The people at the hospital, Doctor to receptionist, could not have been nicer or more compassionate to us. They certainly went above and beyond for a new patient. “I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable”

Everyone in this clinic is wonderful—from the receptionist to the vet techs to Dr. Williams herself. It may be a small practice, but the quality of care, the warmth, and the genuine love for animals is huge.

“I contacted this clinic since it is only a 5 minute drive from my home. Setting an appointment was smooth and got an appointment in a timely manner. I brought in my three month old kitten Serenity for a wellness exam, tags, and rabies vaccination. The visit was great! Dr Ciura was amazing along with all the techs and front staff I have encountered with my kitten. Serenity didn’t hiss once. I’ve had two visits in the past month and both visits went well. I would highly recommend this vet clinic. They explain everything to you to make sure your pet is healthy and well. They have no hidden fees, as they give you estimates on every service for you to decide when and how you would like your pet serviced. Thank you for amazing treatment to my kitty.”
