(I had to do multiple days via my choice as it was the sole family vehicle. It would’ve been a much faster service if I didn’t take the car in between)
First time using this location. It was a newly bought used car that was basically a lemon. I was panicked and worried as it was all my little family has to get to school and doctors etc. they worked so fast and they were so kind.
They have a huge customer base that isn’t shown in the reviews. I was able to sit in the lobby for a while and everyone that entered was on a first name basis. Which shows a lot of loyalty. My car is now safe to drive my kid to school. So I’m very thankful! And will likely never use another auto service after coming here. I think I’ll stay.

“I went in on a Saturday evening, not long before they closed, with a tire/wheel issue. I wasn’t going to be able to get home to Indiana without help. They went out of their way to help me. I am so grateful for their willingness to repair my wheel, especially given that they had to work late on a Saturday to do it. All of the staff were great, polite and kind. These days, it isn’t often that people are so willing to go out of their way to help.”
“OK1 Great Great,I have a car parked on the parking lot for three days ,i lost the keys and i call the Locksmith to send me a technician for new key to install in my car, on the phone they told me that should not be a problem, we are able to do the work.
The guy come and he try for two hours and he did nothing.
Then i call my friend Omar which i know him for many years, i thought i will ask him just if he can do anything about this problem, Omar told me ,my friend that is what my business does.
To fix that key for your car we need the key with 4 digit number and i can fix in 20 min. I order the key next day with that 4digit pin from dealer, Omar send me a technician ,and in 30 minutes car done, I save that towing money, and it was fix at my house.
Locksmith is Joke,they was trying to install a after market key in dodge challenger 2020 without pin number.
Great work my friend, Call OK1 and talk to Omar for any problems you have in your car, you not wasting your time.”

“I didn't plan on going there yesterday but turns out I left my lights on in my car while my husband went in to fill water jugs. It had just started snowing and I was in the car with my 3 year old toddler and 3 month old baby. They tried to jump my car and it wasn't working, I had both kids going nuts, both myself and my husband had just come off 12 hour shifts and hadn't slept. The guy who was helping us out ended up having to use his car to jump ours after trying 2 other jump starters. Seriously it was a HUGE help and cannot express how grateful we were to have their help.”

“Absolutely the best experience ever getting an Oil change. Extremely professional, & courteous staff. I arrive 30 minutes before closing and was not rushed and treated fantastic. The entire facility, shop bays, car repair area, as well as front office/customer lounge is immaculate. They didn't push extra products but pointed out what my vehicle needed and when. I had an oil change,and left paying much less then Jiffy Lube and truly had a great experience. They respect people's time and had me in and out of there extremely fast. Super pleased! I highly recommend and will definitely always use and highly recommend Grease Monkey!!!”
