“I went in to get a replacement for my phone that broke on me. Matthew the store manager with the help of his associates shay and april, made the process and experience great. I got all my questions answered and some. The experience deff made me want to stay with T Mobile as i was thinking of switching carriers. They made the decision for me with the phenomenal customer service!! Give them all a raise”
