“I just got home from my visit to Best Buy Joliet today. As someone who is is not knowledgeable about computers, Chris at the geek squad counter really went out of his way to explain things to me. He was so patient with me and helped me to get exactly what I needed. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate him taking his time with me as I usually feel awful for being so unskilled with technology. It was obvious how enthusiastic he is about his job and helping others. I have left other stores feeling confused and uncertain when it comes to tech devices.
