“This is a wonderful facility, and I’m genuinely grateful that childcare is offered at a price point families can actually afford. Compared to other gyms nearby, affordable childcare is extremely hard to find, and this place truly stands out because of that. I do hope the leadership team might consider expanding the childcare age requirement in the future to include younger infants. Early parenthood can be an incredibly isolating and demanding season, and having access to a gym and childcare can make a huge difference for a parent’s physical and mental health. This facility clearly cares about families, and I hope this is something that can be considered as you continue supporting the community.”

“I’ve taken over 20 group Pilates classes with Suzuka, and I’ve seen amazing improvements in my core strength, posture, and flexibility. I’ve also taken private lessons with her, where she helped me build a strong foundation in the basics of Pilates. For Mother’s Day, I even booked a private session for my mom and me. She absolutely loved it and is already hoping to take more classes in the future! I’m also excited to keep taking more of Suzuka’s CTR classes. Thank you, Suzuka, for being such an encouraging and knowledgeable instructor!”
