There was some mis-communication issues at some times, but they did a great job resolving them with us in mind. They have been very responsive in coming back in to fix/re-adjust cabinets. “We had our bathtub replaced with a walk-in. We got an appt for installation right away. Our installer, Ron, was geat. He kept us informed on when he'd arrive and worked nearly non-stop to complete the job. The shower was stunning and there was not speck of material or trash left behind. Ron patiently went thru what we needed to know and answered our questions thoroughly. We found that we did need to add another grab-bar post installation. Michele, in Cust Svc, arranged that quickly for us. Vlad promptly arrived and helped us find the best place for the new bar and it was installed neatly and quickly. Again, Michele followed up to see how we were doing and to see if we had any additional questions or issues. We were very pleased with the installation and the service provided.”

Chad nailed it in 1 minute. Two forms filled out via email, and I had my faucet - and a very happy wife. Doesn’t get any better than that.”

My family attended the annual Julbord last week. We were quite disappointed with the Christmas Smorgasbord. The setup made for an awkward entrance, the staff wasn't doing a good job of keeping the food filled, and some of the food just wasn't very good. It's a shame because I've enjoyed it in the past.”
“My husband and I spent two years looking for kitchen cabinets. We went to big box stores and a cabinet specialist. We were not satisfied with the cost or the quality. We were told about JPD KITCHEN DEPOT. The wait was well worth it.
We dealt with Anna. Anna was patient, professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. We only went twice with the first time just having Anna throw out ideas. We told her it would take a couple of months and her attitude did not change.
When we went back to actually make the purchase Anna went over things again. The cabinets were delivered in less than two weeks. Anna even had the foresight to add items to the order we did not know we needed.
I believe that everything happens for a reason. We are happy we waited until we were introduced to JPD. We are almost there.”
