There was some mis-communication issues at some times, but they did a great job resolving them with us in mind. They have been very responsive in coming back in to fix/re-adjust cabinets. “After 5 rooms in our house were destroyed from a water leak we had a huge rebuild and a lot of tile to purchase. We made several trips to tile stores and got more confused as the project continued. We were at the Aurora Floor and Decor and asked for assistance from Jalen Amison. Jalen suggested that we take down the item numbers of the tiles we were looking at and go home and use the "visualizer" tool on the website. He showed us how to find it/how to use it, favorite tiles, and save projects so we could make an informed decision. He was incredibly patient and helpful. We went home, used the tool, and spent a week going through tiles until we narrowed it down. We returned to the Aurora store to make our final decisions and had a question, my husband went to find Jalen. He helped us that day, for hours, making sure we had the right square footage/ tile amount, grout color, schluter strips, mortar, and worked with us on delivery. When you have stressful and important projects like we did you need someone to keep you focused and provide information and knowledge about materials and products. It was not only helpful having Jalen's expertise but it was also comforting to know that he was available again on our second trip there. He has been nothing but patient, has great rapport with us, walked around with us while we were making decisions, and provided superior customer service.”

Chad Fuko - very professional, knew his product thoroughly. Chad took one look at my faucet picture and said “Devonshire - $381.29” I never thought I was going to find my 16-year old faucet. Chad nailed it in 1 minute. Two forms filled out via email, and I had my faucet - and a very happy wife. Doesn’t get any better than that.”

My family attended the annual Julbord last week. We were quite disappointed with the Christmas Smorgasbord. The setup made for an awkward entrance, the staff wasn't doing a good job of keeping the food filled, and some of the food just wasn't very good. It's a shame because I've enjoyed it in the past.”

“My husband and I spent two years looking for kitchen cabinets. We went to big box stores and a cabinet specialist. We were not satisfied with the cost or the quality. We were told about JPD KITCHEN DEPOT. The wait was well worth it.
We dealt with Anna. Anna was patient, professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. We only went twice with the first time just having Anna throw out ideas. We told her it would take a couple of months and her attitude did not change.
When we went back to actually make the purchase Anna went over things again. The cabinets were delivered in less than two weeks. Anna even had the foresight to add items to the order we did not know we needed.
I believe that everything happens for a reason. We are happy we waited until we were introduced to JPD. We are almost there.”

“Recently my wife and I visited Olivas Granite and Marble to select countertops for our new kitchen. Olivas has an excellent selection of countertops. Carlos was exceptional at listening to our "wants" and guided us to a couple of countertops that matched our wants. Carlos patiently and clearly explained the attributes of each of these choices. We even went back a second time to look at how our choice would look with some wallpaper we were going to use on one wall and with a couple paint squares. Again Carlos was exceptional at listening to our "wants," providing excellent guidance. Then a few weeks later, when our cabinets were installed, Ernesto came and measured the counters, so the counters could be cut from the slab we had selected. Ernesto, like his son, Carlos, was exceptional at listening and explaining the installation process. Today, Ernesto, Carlos and Abel came and installed our countertops. All three were superb at their craft, installing countertops. They clearly explained what they were doing and did an excellent job installing our countertops. Olivas Granite and Marble is an excellent company for ordering and installing countertops. I give them the highest possible rating. If you need a countertop go to Olivas Granite and Marble.”
