“This was my first experience at Two Bostons at Naperville and I was in awe when we came upstairs to take a look at the cat selection. Each visit is so nice here, staff are always friendly and seem genuinely excited to see our pet (and us), the techs are very informative and the doctors have such great personalities. This place will be here forever if they choose because it's the best vet I've experienced in this area in my 15 years in plainfield.”

“I received excellent customer service from Sara yesterday! I had the rewards program for a while and I never thought I got anything out of it. Yesterday she checked and said I had 2 rewards available. She helped me download the app and redeem them. I was able to get my bag of dog food for free which was nice because I buy at least 2 bags every week. Thank you Sara for taking the time out to check my rewards! One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever received.”

“Groomers at What The Fluff are AWESOME! Most definitely recommend. I have a 150 lb mastiff and he's been there twice now. First time for a bath and nails, now again for nails. Lets say he loves baths, but isnt very "cooperative" (to say the least) when it comes to his nails. They got the job done when I couldn't.Hes going in for a bath next week and setting up regular appointments with them for the future. Ive found our groomers!”
“Terri has been the best with all my (4) dogs for years & my son & daughter-in-law's (5) dogs. Not only does she pamper the dogs, but if there is a medical issue with a pup, she loves them and cares for them GENTLY, possibly separates them form the others so they are not played with as much. Her idea of "no-cage" is the BEST. Dogs love socializing with the other dogs. Please don't ever stop what you are doing.”
“I had an absolutely amazing experience at this PetCo. I have come here for years for my hamster and dogs, but recently decided to add a kitten to my home. I was picking out some things for my kitten and there was an amazing employee! I regret not getting her name, but she's a shorter girl with dark hair and glasses. She knew absolutely everything about cats and kittens and gave me amazing advice. She also gave me plenty of online resources to educate myself further. She went above and beyond what her job calls for and gave me a fantastic experience. I really appreciate that she cared so much about my kitten and cared that I was aware of things to provide him a healthy and happy life.”

“This was our first time at JTAC. We walked into the front door and were greeted by a very friendly staff. The facility was very clean. We walked in the back by the dogs, the pens were clean and Paula was tending to the animals. She introduced herself and patiently answered our questions. Paula offered to help introduce us to a puppy we were inquiring about. During our introduction, we decided we would like to adopt the puppy and Paula helped us through the entire process. Prior the bringing the puppy home, she was required to be spayed. Paula explained the procedure, what we should expect, and gave us some very excellent advice on how to help our puppy before and after her surgery. I can’t thank Paula enough. If you’re looking for a pet, don’t pass by JTAC, and ask for Paula!!”
“Brian was so incredibly helpful. He patiently tested my water, found the issue, and gave me advice that saved my beloved fish. And there was zero charge for all of that - theyre happy to help you with their expertise for free bc they also love the hobby. Pic of the lil clown fish (~2.5") he saved”
“I have been shopping here for my rabbit, and over time the options for the smaller animals have becoming more popular thankfully. I love that they have a lot of OXBOW food and toy safe options. it is one of the safer brands that the vet recommends. Sometimes their card board options for cats are funny and safe toys for rabbits as well.”
