Not only did she track down the location of the item, she coordinated with the local UPS hub and recipient to allow for pick up. This was a complete success and no hassle. Leidy did all of this during a very busy time in the store right before Christmas! I can't thank her enough for her dedication and customer service. “Got this referral from a school coach who uses these guys a lot. Ordered some shirts for a special walk-a-thon. Have to admit I didn't give them much time. I worked with Sean. He was fantastic. And as it turns out, I'm a high maintenance "Karen". They custom made a logo with beautiful artwork based on my description only (I had nothing to send him). Even though I changed it a few times... he was so patient, took all my phone calls and still turned the shirts out when no one else could. And quite a bit cheaper. Everyone kept asking who did out shirts. Give them a try. I think you'll see what I mean.”
