“This is the second year in a row that I have used SpeedPro Windy City on the windows at Morgan Manufacturing for the MenuMasters Awards Celebration. They are pleasant, responsive, reliable and professional throughout the entire production process. Their installations are pristine. This year they even took the initiative to install the window graphics a day early. What a pleasant surprise it was to pull up in an Uber Saturday morning to see the windows already completed. I am definitely planning to use Speedpro Windy City next year.

“First off, I'll preface my review with the fact that I hate to talk to people. I'd much rather use the self-serve kiosk/printers, etc than interact with humans. Well that mentality bit me in the behind when I tried to do a big color double- sided print job that also needed to be cut in half! I didn't notice until afterward that somehow the feeder had messed up and the printing was no longer aligned in the center on one side. After spending quite a bit on the self- serve copier, I was ready to cry!
Anum and Montay were so helpful when I was panicking about an upcoming event and getting the printing just right. They were both so professional and took over the printing and cutting. They had the job done in less than an hour. Although busy with many other customers on a busy Saturday, I felt valued. The morale of my story: trust the professionals to do it right!”

“Fantastic Service and Speedy Solutions: I stopped by the UPS Store today to mail a package and was thoroughly impressed by the staff.
I ran into a minor snag when I realized UPS couldn't ship to the PO Box I needed. Before I could even get annoyed, the fantastic team stepped in. They quickly let me know the issue and immediately offered an alternative shipping solution through them, providing the prices and shipping speed right away without me even having to ask.
After sitting in heavy traffic to get there, I was so grateful for their efficiency and proactive help. Although there were other customers in the store, I was greeted by really nice staff and helped almost immediately.
Thank you so much for turning a potential hassle into a smooth experience! I highly recommend this location for their outstanding customer service.”
