U-Haul Moving & Storage of Romeoville receives mixed reviews from customers. Some customers expressed frustration with the shorter hours compared to other locations and issues with staff opening late. However, many others had positive experiences, praising employees like Lamontae and Rafael for being helpful, polite, and accommodating. The manager, Jessica, was noted for being informative and supportive. Customers appreciated the kindness and patience of the staff, who went above and beyond to assist them. Although there were some reservation mix-ups, overall, the location is recommended for its great service and efficient handling of rentals.
Come here often. Never had an issue regarding renting trailers or moving trucks. Some of their larger moving equipment are showing their age. Hope they can upgrade them soon.
