This is the worst bank I've ever been part of. There was a clear fraud alert and there was nothing they did to help. They screwed me over in every sense. I would never recommend someone invest there money here. They don't care about there clients. There is no security if something goes wrong.

Maria at this branch was beyond helpful and incredibly patient. I was trying to set up bill pay, and it was incredibly frustrating. She not only sat with me to make sure my online banking worked and gave me a charger to plug my device in I was using, but she also empathized with me on my situation since it was incredibly time sensitive. This is not my home branch, but I would go out of my way to work with this location and employees again.

Called the bank because I needed a little help I got Maria on the phone very polite friendly and took care of all my banking needs with a pretty smile we need more caring workers these days so thanks again Mira for all your help to was a pleasure and Old Second this woman needs a promotion or at minimum a raise for being an asset to your company.

Maria Dadirlat was very helpful to us opening a new checking account with old second national bank! She explained every item involved with this set up! She set up our debit cards very efficiently! She was extremely patient & kind! We will deal with her in performing our banking at osnbank in Romeoville!
