“I have had accounts with JP Morgan Chase Bank since 1980. That's a very long time. I stay with them because they have provided excellent service over the years. I have lived in four cities during that time. Whenever I go into a Chase bank branch, whether at home or abroad, they treat me as a valued family member. When I retired and moved from Chicago to my small home town, Roscoe was the nearest branch to me. I was stunned that after just two or three visits, they began greeting me by name. They work hard to accommodate my requests, and have guided me through numerous transitions with my accounts, changing addresses on everything, printing new checks, and so forth. At Holiday time, they accommodate my requests for crisp, new bills for gift giving. The window staff are wonderful, and the personal bankers second to none. This branch has delicious, fresh, free coffee, right inside the door. Next time you are in the market for banking services, try them out! You will not be disappointed!”
