We had a great experience at Carpet Mill Outlet from our initial visit to the store. Mary was super helpful and knowledgeable right off the bat. Their pricing was less than some other local businesses we inquired at and they were super flexible with timing to get the measurements, quote and overall job done. Special thanks to Mary, Rick, and Jayden for all their help throughout the process. We couldn’t be happier.

We were interested in new carpet for our bedroom, so checked out our local carpet store. Salesman, Chad was very helpful, but not pushy. Bought a great remnant carpet that night. They were timely in measuring, and installation. Very nice installers who carefully removed our old carpet, installed the new, and were thoughtful not to mess up the walls and baseboards. Even vacuumed new carpet so it was ready for us to bring back in the furniture. Very happy with the whole experience.

Great service! The inside sales team was super helpful and knowledgeable. Mary helped me pick the perfect option for my home. She made it very seamless and easy. Matt who was the installer also did great work. Both were very professional and answered any questions I had. I am loving my new carpet!

This was such a great experience for us! It was our first time getting new floors, so we weren’t sure what to expect, but the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. Dave guided us through the sale and offered excellent suggestions, especially for flooring that would hold up well with both dogs and small children. Jeff and Dylan did an outstanding job installing our new fireplace tile and flooring. They kept us informed anytime an issue came up, explaining both how they would fix it and what we could do on our own if needed. They even took the extra step of reinstalling our closet doors to ensure they wouldn’t scratch the new floors. We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring or tile work!

Carpet Mill Outlet USA made our basement look beautiful!! Dave was extremely kind and worked with us on pricing, which we appreciated tremendously. I contacted Carpet Mill Outlet on a Tuesday and by Friday we had brand new gorgeous carpets. The installers Jayden and Rick were fast, professional and kind! They did an awesome job. We are very happy with the entire process, and the entire team over there; we can’t thank you enough!

The installers, sales lady and estimator were all very nice. We love how the floors turned out and in our opinion worth every penny. Would I recommend them to other people? Absolutely.
Now the less than positive experience. I went into the store to put down a deposit of $5k which was half of the cost. I had written a check and they questioned my low check number. The job was 5 weeks out so there was plenty of time to make sure it cleared. I paid the $5k on a Saturday and the money came out of my account on a Wednesday. Also, I did not get any other estimates. I usually like to get 3 estimates to compare. We went with Carpet Mill based on some feedback from other people.

This is my first experience with Carpet Mills. From start to finish this has been a positive experience. I replaced the carpeting in my hallway and living/dining area in my condo with Corr-tex. My daughter-in-law found Mary very helpful in choosing samples to bring to me to look at in my home.. We found the one we liked, and they came out the same day to measure. Mary spent a lot of time choosing the right transition pieces for the doorways when we went to make the down payment. The work was done the first week of August and was completed by Geno and Owen in the time frame we were told it would take. It was an interesting experience to watch the entire process and to see how carefully they did each step. Geno and Owen were always polite and helpful and worked well together. I would highly recommend them. The transformation to the areas that were done was even better than our expectations. This is so much easier to care for, and it brightened the area.. I will choose Carpet Mill Outlet when ready to replace carpet int the bedrooms.

We recently had our entire basement and stairwell carpet replaced. We had a super smooth transaction with Dave in the store. He was very helpful with picking out the right carpet for our basement. Installation was smooth. We love the look and smell of our new carpet!

I recently bought a large amount of carpeting from Carpet Mill Outlet USA, Roscoe IL. Mary was my salesperson and she did a great job. She was knowledgeable, friendly and patient - as I changed my mind a few times. Also, I had to change the installation date on short notice and everyone was very accommodating to my schedule. I also had some questions about floor prep and sent some pictures via email and received prompt feedback as to how to proceed. As for the installation, Rick and Jaden were great. They worked hard and did an awesome job. To top it off, they were friendly and personable. I highly recommend Carpet Mill Outlet USA, Roscoe and I will definitely continue to use this business for my future flooring needs.
