“Very big clean store, the guy at the door was pleasant, the store looked nice, but I was there for the arcade, there was plenty of booths, and bystanders around, I felt uncomfortable as the arcade area is too bright for me, I almost felt like I was in the spotlight I feel the area should be a little less lit and have more discretion. I may go back and enjoy the booths which I went in the first place and wiped out”

“My 4 year old and I visited today for the first time. The owner did a wonderful job showing us around, asking about our interests, and helping us find some great picks. She started with my son and once he'd grabbed books like it was a library, she showed him where he could peruse his finds so I could have the chance to find something for myself. She helped him find a bookmark he was excited about, which she makes herself. She also helped me reinforce the book limit I set for him, even though he ended up deciding to use his own earned money on the rest he'd selected. She even asked me first if he could pick a candy, which I especially appreciated since my other child has a food allergy. The books are in very good condition, for having all been donated. We had a nice afternoon enjoying our new books and will definitely be back!”

“I've lived close by for 20 years and never realized that they have a mini store right inside the main entrance with children's books, Bibles, study guides and some fiction books, all at discounted prices. The staff person was kind and helpful, I'll be returning!”

“In a world where bookstores have all but disappeared due to the digital age and competition, it is nice to see Barnes and Noble is still thriving. This location is a nice entrance into Oakbrook Mall. This location has 2 stories with a Starbucks located on the second level.”

“I really like this place! I donate lots of good things, mostly books, notebooks and workbooks. I like looking around and they have a nice selection of adults and kids DVDS. Also, they have holiday and regular greeting cards. They have cute holiday decorations too. If you are in the area, please go in this place and check it out.”

“When a bookstore is more than just books, you venture into novelty gift shop territory and that can cheapen places like this. Fortunately Kinokuniya strikes a good balance of attracting new business while still selling books and in this case, Japanese literature. There's all sorts of Japanese books, manga, and magazines here. There's Japanese paper craft, candles, incense, puzzles, plushies, and so much more. It's delightful to peruse all the goodies in this shop.”

“I loved that it has that" old books" smell. For me personally, I love that. But here I feel it's not very overwhelming. You get a hint of it. To be honest, It didn't look like a typical second hand bookstore! The shelves are clean and neat and well ordered. It is very much organised and you can easily browse..there are also chairs to sit on. Will definitely be back! I got a surprise set of books that I found quite worth the price! There are also free books at the entrance on the left”

“I bought 4 books under $20. I love the smell of books, that's the reader in me but it's a nice place to sit for a few minutes and read before you buy.”

“I ordered 4 puzzles and the packaging was fantastic, even after the delivery driver tossed the box at least 20 feet to deliver it, we are one of his last stops on his route. The exterior box was dented, but the puzzle boxes were not. I will definitely order again from this company. Thank you.”

“It's a decent B&N, my only problem is the limited book selection. The store is small for a B&N, and so I found it difficult to find the specific books I wanted. Still a clean store though!”

“Great place. They are always happy to order something they don't have in stock. I would much rather support an actual book store than purchase something on-line from the "A" place even if it might be a few $ more.”

“This place is a hidden gem for media lovers. They have a great selection of records and CDs, as well as DVDs and books. The priced are very reasonable. They may not have everything you're looking for, but that's the fun of used record stores.”

“Convenient. Got books you need for class, stationary supplies, book bags, school swag, and candy. Everything slightly more expensive but when you need those gloves for lab it's worth it.Order ahead for stressless pickup.”
