“I was looking to get my car professionally cleaned so that I could bring my baby daughter home from the hospital. I did a request a quote and Phil ended up responding with the best price. My only concern was that he was located in Schaumberg and I was in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of the city. In the end I decided to make the drive out and was so glad that I did. First of all, he's a super friendly guy and recommended waiting the service out at his Mom's restaurant, which was also really good (and probably needs its own separate review). I was hoping to be able to get my air filters replaced after he cleaned the engine bay area (2 years of living on a street under construction had definitely done a number on the engine compartment) and though he doesn't do mechanical work, he was able to have the mechanic next door come over to take a look, order the part and install it while I was at the restaurant. He made it so easy to get it all done. I would definitely use him again for the next time that my vehicle needs a deeper clean.”

“Pretty Car Auto detailing offers the best services. The owner Eddie is extremely accommodating and understanding of your needs. I requested an interior only detail and they finished up within 3 hours same day. Tough stains on seats and mats all gone. 0 debris or dirt left in the car. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to all!”

“This was my first time there and everything went without a hitch. It was busy and there were two lines open. The attendance did a great job at controlling the lanes so no one had a longer wait time than anybody else. My attendant was very personable as well. I'll give it another try when my car just needs an exterior wash. They do not offer interior washes, but they have free vacuums, Etc if you want to do it yourself.”
“This is the first time ever to come here that are at this mall that I actually coming from in New York to visit on Chicago especially that unbelievable this one have all of it from Beauty and great and everything on it especially that well for singers of man woman teenagers and kids especially that are some name brands that you never heard about it because their familiar European and the Middle East and especially Asia so to everyone that is this is your first time ever well, I'm in everyone is for all of you that have fun been married to Citizens different people different voices different language and include Latino citizens that means you and others and to everyone especially something new”

“Well, first I have a complain because the one that I choose to wash my car with it did not work I deposit $5 and none of the futures work no rinse no brush no nothing and then I moved to another one and I put my credit card and it did not work by the time I got another five dollars I put cash in then the credit card started to work. I stopped the credit card but still I got charged $3 dollars +5 dollars. So, I had to deposit another five dollars and finally I could wash my car so overall it cost me $18 instead of five dollars to wash my car and they should check all of this if is working because the one that I was originally did not work. Overall all I lost $10 dollars and I am not happy”
