“This gas station always feels like they've got anything I need or want on their shelves, their employees are people who have never been nasty or unhelpful, and in fact are some of the nicest people I've ever come across working at a gas station, it's almost always immaculately clean (bathrooms included), and with the exception of what they are forced to charge for certain things to cover whatever their supplier costs are, they tend to be less expensive than the Shell across the street where things like cigarettes and gas are concerned. I live in Hoffman Estates and drive all the way out to this particular station exclusively for DuPage prices on cigarettes. They accept the digital coupons I've signed up for with Camel, occasionally accept doubling up on my coupons if I'm super broke, (not ALL the time though, so don't expect it, especially if you aren't a regular customer) and although I COULD quite easily go just a little further into DuPage to somewhere like Woodman's or Rocky Patel's for cheaper prices, I actually prefer to stick with this BP because I enjoy the people who work here, they treat me like more than just a customer, and if there's any shining example I can provide to help show the kinds of people they truly are, it would be with the time I came back out of the shop to find my rear left tire completely flat with no obvious reason, and I was out of cash for a can of Fix-a-Flat, and being disabled, they knew how hard it would be for me to change my own tire without help. So, one of the employees, who was literally just clocking out, took the extra time off the clock and out of the goodness of his heart to just up and change my tire for me so I didn't need to lift a finger or call for a tow truck or anything like that. He saved my night in a HUGE, HUGE way, and I'll never forget that! I'm sure that even if he was still on the clock, he would have found a way to do it without compromising the service he would ordinarily provide to everyone else, as well. And, if ever I were to find a place just like this that was maybe a bit closer to home, or where cigarette prices are just so much better that I can't logically pass it up, I know they would understand 100%, but I would still take time out of my trip in that direction to stop in there and wish these folks a wonderful day. They kick ass, and I'm grateful for their coolness, always. ?”

“This is a brand new gas station and convenience store. Their pumps always accept credit cards unlike some gas stations which stop working when it's too cold. Their air pump is in working order most of the time. I wish they accepted Apple Pay.”

“That's my place for getting cheap gas. Their prices are very decent and are always less compared to the other gas stations in that area. They offer a small convenient shop and car wash.”

“I had 2 separate transactions today, one with the pharmacy tech, Hetal and I have dealt with her so many times, in person and on the telephone and every single time, she has the most pleasant disposition, when I pick up she always asks if I have any questions for the pharmacist and she is just an all around stand out employee. You are very lucky to have her.

I then had to go to the front register because I ended up grabbing a few things on my way out and the cashier there was very kind, patient when I had asked her questions about the pricing of clearance items. She has a short haircut, rounded eyeglasses and a “Bee Kind” tattoo. Unfortunately I did not get her name, but the numbers at the top of the receipt are:

All in all, I have to give credit where credit is due and both of the cashiers that I interacted with were so very helpful and nice. Please not only pass on a pat on the back but I hope that Walgreens truly finds a way to show employee appreciation.”
