I love how it is a family business rather than a chain so I know that my purchase goes straight to the employees rather than divided unequally amongst a corporation. Ray was very helpful and accommodating. I was able to get school work done in their lobby while they worked on my car. I'm thoroughly impressed they were able to remove a year-old smoothie stain that had splattered onto my seat that I thought would never be able to be removed. It doesn't even look I ever had a stain in the first place. They got rid of all my dog hairs and wet dog smell. My car smells fresh and I am happy with my service. They have a very good deal on Groupon for a cleaning but if you call them directly and offer to pay the Groupon price through them it goes straight to them rather than Groupon taking a cut. Definitely will be returning in the near future 10/10✨Services: Steam cleaning”

“Small shop but they are very conscientious and do good work at fair rates.I was noticing a grinding sound during warmup on my brakes. Didn't know what it was but figured maybe a brake job was needed. That wasn't it -- they ground down the rotors and calipers. The noise came back soon afterward, so I took it in. Ira said the parts were under the 1 year warranty from a major job they'd done last year, so I got all new brakes all around at no charge. Nice surprise, and the noise is gone. I couldn't be happier.”

“Lombard T-Mobile saved the day after Customer Care via phone had previously screwed things up. The phone rep was incompetent and handled everything wrong, so we took a chance and went to the Lombard store, hoping someone in person could rectify things. Turns out, our issue did have to go back to over-the-phone customer care, but thankfully, T-Mobile specialist, Aqeb Ahmed, saw our frustration and graciously offered to let us place the call from there, and he spoke to the rep once they came on the line. Aqeb explained everything to them, and it all got straightened out. Thank you, Aqeb, for your excellence and stellar customer service. T-Mobile should give you a holiday bonus!”

“We purchased a new embalming machine from Radical Scientific Equipment in India. It will only operate on 220 volts, 500 wattage. I needed a step-up transformer and ordered a 500 watt transformer from Overseas Best buy. When it arrived It didn't work. After speaking with their technician I got an education on wattage and decided to order a 2000 watt transformer. I just tested it in our preparation room and I'm happy to report our new embalming machine works perfectly with the new transformer. Thank you Overseas Best Buy. “A deaf staff fulfilling an order cart was willing to stop and help me instead. I had first approach another employee who pointed to where the bottled water was located - "the wall". However, there were only about 6 to 7 items each (drinking and distilled) left and worst yet they were all on the top shelf! So I needed a step stool, but was unable to locate one nearby. Unlucky I saw a staff member with an order cart approaching but when he signed I realized he couldn't understand. I had a facemask on! Knowing he is on a time schedule to fulfill his cart I decided to go back to the first employee who pointed the bottle location. But for some reason he ignored my request, and so I decided to go back to resolve the problem myself. This is when I noticed the deaf employee was still waiting for me. I pointed to where I needed him for help. Being tall he was able to grab 12 bottles (I signed 6 drinking and 6 distilled each), but he had to work hard because the items were all on the far edge. I thanked him several times to show my appreciation. If not for his patience to wait, I might have gotten hurt because I was determined to climb and get my waters. Must be the Holy Spirit nudging him to wait and help an impatient customer!”

“My cousin's phone had an issue, it simply started acting up and unusable. We took it to the store and though we didn't have insurance on the phone, the team was able to get a replacement for us within a week and allowed us time to move all of her contents, FB, WhatsApp etc to the new phone which took some time, they were very accommodating.
