When our kitchen design had to change mid-project due to a major mess-up by Builders Outlet in Broadview (a company I definitely do not recommend), Ahmed didn't miss a beat. He stepped right in and made swapping out our cabinet hood completely seamless. Then, about a month after installation, when we hit a snag with our dishwasher, Ahmed was right there again—attentive, fast, and completely focused on finding a quick solution.

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to make sure he got the recognition he deserves.

“On July 16th, I came here to add a line and new phone and upgrade my own phone. I walked out of this store with a new tablet and 2 new phones. I did not have to pay anything on day of service.

As of today, July 31st the Manager here, Diego I believe, has ABSOLUTELY gone to bat for us. We had an additional 300 dollar charge on our account that we were told we were not have. Diego worked with customer care on the phone to resolve this issue and ensure the charge was taken off of my account. I CANNOT recommend coming here for excellent service enough.”
