“Came to this store because it was in between elderly relatives and myself, both coming from about 25 miles. They needed help with correcting the rip off phones and service they were scammed into buying at Sam's Club in the Midway area. Victor S assisted us with great professionalism, patience and understanding. After about 3 hours and Victor making multiple calls to T-Mobile customer service (which I was on the phone with for 3 hours the night before trying to clear up the mess), Victor got everything rectified and even was able to get them a credit for what was claimed to be an unpaid first billing.
