“I love this shop for simply existing and being an option. I yoyo a lot in weight from being postpartum with my baby but I’ve had such good finds at this shop from shape-wear, formal wear, wallets, and jewelry.
The owner is a girl’s girl and the staff is friendly. I live in Chicago and make the 45min drive to her shop just to support than going to other stores or resorting to online shops.”

“Wonderful small shop. It's so lovely and enjoyable. It's always such a treat to go and find something buy. Great sales go on (normally 25 and 50 off sales) and great things to choose from. There are brand new items and also some gently used ones. The owner of the shop is always so sweet, and I make it a habit to come in once or twice a week to see if there is anything I might like. Definitely recommend!”
“This is a great thrift in a great little downtown area in Glen Ellyn. Lots of great, higher-end decorations and homewares that you don't see in other thrift stores. They had some smaller pieces of furniture like chairs and coffee tables that all looked in great condition. In the back of the store there are racks of nice clothing. I didn't see anything that was dirty, smelled, torn, or damaged.”
“I love, love, love, LOOOOOOOOVE this place and even more, the fact that the WINGS program even exists! The ONLIEST reason I rate 4 stars instead of 5 is because they close so darn early, and I can't always get there on the weekends to shop. They used to be open until 6pm during the week, and IDK what happened to that. :(”
“I can't say enough great things about Robyn's Nest! My mom and I frequent her store almost weekly. She is kind, accommodating, and offers a warm and welcoming environment. Not to mention the store is beautifully curated and laid out for a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience. All items are in beautiful condition and organized neatly on racks and shelves. I have found so many fun treasures here and look forward to the next time I shop here!”
“I love Frocks and Frills! The owner is so kind and you can tell all the hard work she puts into the shop. All of the vintage clothing is measured and organized by measurements which is a game changer for shopping vintage, I was even measured in store to make it an easier shopping experience! Overall, this store is a treasure trove of vintage and definitely a must stop every time I visit Wheaton!”

“We have to say this establishment is wonderful - Lucille. We wanted to donate a relatively nice black leather couch/sectional. They were extremely responsive and the 2 gentlemen that picked up the couch yesterday were great. We attempted to use another place but they wouldn't respond after an initial email. We are glad we found a home for our couch. The ladies here were also great. I can't speak to the actual store itself but the process of donating was 10 out of 10 stars.”
“I had an excellent time shopping here today and got an entire wardrobe of professional and interview clothes from Calvin Klein, Express, and other name brands! I was expecting to find one or two pieces for an interview and ended up with multiple blazers, dresses, shirts, slacks, and shoes. Tami gave me a great deal on everything, and she was very helpful and kind!!”
“A sizeable Goodwill location; some of the housewares were very disorganized, other areas were better. Lots of clothes, and there are dressing rooms to try things on. Watch for the sticker color of the week that is half off! Found some clothing and home goods here”
“I had 3 bags of my late wife's clothes to donate, but arrived a few minutes after their donation hours (10 am to 3 pm). Therefore, I went into the store and asked if they'd make an exception this time and accept the items. The lady at the register said yes and another young lady opened the back door. Both of these ladies were very nice, expressed their condolences, and accommodating. I'll be donating at Wings again.”
“5 stars. The poor reviews and experiences are very shocking to read because I've only had pleasant experiences with this shop and its owner over the years. I began shopping & consigning here over ten years ago. I found the experience to be convenient and extremely helpful. Catrina has great style and can find pieces that will complement your shape and aesthetic. Some of my favorite pieces were amazing finds from this shop. My fur was a GREAT deal! Several purses and accessories. Dresses and special occasion wear, too. I will say that she is very selective when selecting piece to consign and I appreciate that. I prefer to shop high quality items versus a high quantity of items. I appreciate that she will try and sell items on eBay as well as in the store to increase the odds of sale. She's always been great about supporting community efforts and has a philanthropic spirit around certain causes. If you didn't have a pleasant encounter with this store, I encourage you to return and share what wasn't to your liking. An honest conversation and an open heart can make a huge difference. I will continue to support this local shop whenever I can.”

“First time visiting here with my adult daughter. This is by far the best resale shop I’ve been to. Everything is organized so well, clean and prices are very reasonable. I have a trunk full of items I will be donating knowing they will be able to use them. Daughter bought a couple of items too.”
