“I love this shop for simply existing and being an option. I yoyo a lot in weight from being postpartum with my baby but I’ve had such good finds at this shop from shape-wear, formal wear, wallets, and jewelry.
The owner is a girl’s girl and the staff is friendly. I live in Chicago and make the 45min drive to her shop just to support than going to other stores or resorting to online shops.”

“I almost always find something at this store filled with designer brands, household items, purses, shoes, men's clothing, women's clothing, and kid's clothing. It's a very packed store, but the items are all in great condition, and there's always a good sale going on. Workers and owner are all super friendly and helpful. Must check out if you are in the downtown Palatine area.”

I was expecting to find one or two pieces for an interview and ended up with multiple blazers, dresses, shirts, slacks, and shoes. The store offers excellent customer service, fair prices, and an impressive variety of clothing and home accessories. “I see a couple reviews of 1 star that prices are outrageous and staff is rude. (1) This is so incorrect!!! I'm there every weekend shopping for the last 10 years and not once have I come across a rude employee, upper staff member or volunteer. (2) The prices are extremely fair and lower than all competitors. I've bought many things from here that I've seen at antique stores for 4x the price. Every month Wings has a specific color price tag that is 75% off for whatever items that color price tag is on. Every weekend furniture is 50% off and the last weekend of every month the entire store is 50% off. In my opinion Wings is the best resale store around and has 3 locations, Prospect Heights, Schaumburg and Niles. I've been an antique collector and resale shopper for 36 years and Wings is a great place and always filled with customers.”

“I always loved this store. I live in a different area, so we used to go to other locations. When I discovered this one, I was very happy. I always find great deals in here! The store is very clean! It doesn’t smell like a thrift store. The employees are very friendly and helpful. You can try anything on- there are 3-4 fitting rooms. Everything is brand name, so the cost is a little bit higher, but it’s ok. You can get a nice pair of brand jeans for $15. Many items are on clearance. All the clothes are sorted by colour, which is just great! A lot of shoes! Purses, sunglasses, jewellery.

Prices are generally reasonable and it’s somewhat organized by size. Not so much the kids section.
I can almost always find what I’m looking for when i come here! I’ve had success with specific dinner plates i was hunting for, kids clothes, women’s clothes, household linens like sheets/cloth napkins/washclothes, and more.
Not the best for kids toys, books, or shoes. Small selection. Worth a trip though!”
“I popped in on a Thursday to try on some fancy dresses. The place is clean, very well organized and the prices !! Excellent! Everything that I saw was priced incredibly fair. Gorgeous intricate dresses for like $9. The staff was about four girls. They were super nice, friendly, and helpful .I felt welcomed. Seeing some of these reviews before I came in, I was expecting some pit of ghouls. Nope. Everyone was super kind and accommodating and cute as can be. Thanks for a great experience!”
