I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel and wanted to share my exceptional experience with the staff, particularly Nancy at the front desk. I had booked my stay through a third-party website, and upon arrival, there was a moment of concern as the staff couldn't immediately locate my reservation.However, Nancy's professionalism and commitment to customer service truly stood out. She went above and beyond to address the situation, ensuring that my needs were accommodated seamlessly. Not only did she locate my reservation promptly, but she also graciously allowed me an early check-in, making my stay even more convenient.Nancy's dedication to providing excellent customer service was evident throughout my entire stay. Her friendly demeanor, efficiency, and problem-solving skills made a significant impact on my overall experience. Kudos to Nancy for her outstanding service, and I highly recommend this place for its exceptional customer care.However, it's worth mentioning that the room and hotel interior seem to be in need of some makeover. Despite this, the location is excellent, especially for those close to the airport. The convenience of the location adds another positive aspect to the overall experience. I look forward to future improvements and another stay at this convenient and well-serviced establishment.

I had a cruise and flew out of O'Hare and used the airport parking option at the Hyatt Regency.The staff are always so awesome when you have questions or concerns which helps if something does come up. Usually you speak with an agent from the parking lot company but they include the hotel's' number and they will do anything they can do.It is so easy to get to and the best thing is the hotel shuttle runs 24 hours!!! Many places have reduced hoursWould definitely recommend if you are driving to O'Hare

Very confusing at the airport. No clear signage for pick up. The Hyatt voice mail says there will be a QR code to use to track. There isn't one here. Not a great experience.The drivers are fantastic though so changing a 1 to a 3.

The hotel itself is great. The shuttle service to the airport is controled by an app that seemingly was developed by kindergartners strictly for entertainment purposes. Will stay again, though.

The rooms and bathrooms need an update, but the service was top-notch! The location in Rosemont is perfect. Close to everything and easy to checkout and get to O'Hare.

11/30-12/4/2023MFF staff, hotel staff(including management Maxwell and Kyle)We booked an ADA room because of my disabilities and both beds broke. When the first one gave out it cause my fiance and I to hit our heads. We mentioned it to the front desk and they sent an engineer to the room and he said that it was most likely bent before and then before we got there, they bent it back into place. When we finally got ahold of management after not hearing anything from the hotel, Kyle insisted that we must have done something to break the beds and we tried explaining to him that the other bed broke when a 100 pound roommate sat on it. Then he couldn't explain that away and then told us that he would have to have someone come out and do an investigation and they would find us liable and fine us for the beds.The room was in bad shape, it was dirty. Then we told him about the state of the room and he told us that there was no way because the employees have to do a 68 point checklist but I have proof of the room.I spoke with convention/hotel liaison ,Dusk and he said that he would get it handled with the hotel because it was unacceptable to try and put me in a non ADA compliant room when I need an ada room.Then I received a call from Maxwell and he tried to cover up the fact that Kyle said that it was our fault and that we would be fined .This hotel didn't have any other Ada rooms for me and wanted me to go to a non ADA room. And claimed that we refused their options even though we explained that I was disabled and NEEDED an ADA room and that I couldn't just go to another room that wasn't ADA.They tried to charge us for breakfast even though it was supposed to be comped due to the second bed breaking. Then Maxwell went behind everyone's back and removed the comped breakfast and charged us for it and then tried to say that he changed parking price. Which isn't professional to go back and charge us for something that was already given to us by another staff member. And he still charged us for one day of parking even though he said that he would comp parking too.They laughed when they thought they hung up on the phone call we had with them to complain.I am so not pleased with the safety,and non ADA compliant room and staff. This was completely an utterly ridiculous. The staff was so unprofessional and didn't want to comply with Ada laws.

After our flight was cancelled, from the snow storm, my husband and I enjoyed a peaceful night on the 9th floor. The room was toasty hot, down pillows, and a great Friday night to binge on Staz! ?

This was our 1st time here. EVERYTHING about our experience was PERFECT!! Room, view, service, bar and food, shuttle to and from airport. Will DEFINITELY be back!! Thank you!! ?

I been here twice now and WOW!! Everyone here is super nice and friendly. Customer service is phenomenal. They really make sure you have a Great experience. Definitely without a doubt would recommend this hotel.

Both of us wished we could take our beds home with us. Very comfortable and clean room.Only wish they had the restaurant hours online. We would have planned differently.Shuttle to O'Hare was on time, convenient and clean. The driver was very helpful.

The hotel staff at the front desk are very kind. However the walls of this hotel are very thin. Could hear the toilets flush of other rooms, people outside in the lobby “howling”, the airplanes and other various things. I prefer and recommend Hyatt place, their hotel better blocks out noise and actually allows me to get a good nights rest.

Best location if you are exhibiting or visiting Rosemont Convention Center, rooms are clean, friendly Staff, relaxing atmosphere though it's close to the Airport... But the rooms are properly sound proof. Loved everything about this hotel, nothing bothered me during my stay.
