The Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago is a modern hotel noted for being very clean. Many guests find the rooms perfect and spotless, with comfortable, divine beds, though some note they can be small or a disappointment compared to the flashy lobby. The property is overall very nice with beautiful rooms in the Premier Tower. Staff service receives mixed feedback. Many reviewers find the staff always amazing, very nice, and outstandingly helpful, particularly mentioning the concierge and shuttle driver. However, some front desk staff are described as indifferent. The hotel is popular for conventions and business travel. Amenities include a great, free shuttle service to the airport, which is very close offering good views of flights. The breakfast buffet is called pure yummy, though other food is just okay. Some guests find the layout confusing with multiple lobby levels and unclear signage, and note issues like hallway noise or unfixed alarms. Despite this, it is considered one of the best hotels by repeat visitors who highly recommend it for turning a stressful travel day around.
Surprisingly grand and beautiful for an airport hotel. Front desk service was great - big thanks to Diego for making sure my party was able to get everything we needed for our rooms

Great stay for anime convention but if you want to turn it early and there's a convention down stairs being earplugs cause you can hear them from your room

The beds are nice, but the rooms are smallish. The main problem is that there are better values from other hotels in the area.
