“The online technicians massed up my eSIM . I had to went to a T-mobile store to fix it up. Luckily I got help from them and didn’t miss my flight. Tania (hopefully this is right )was so patient to help me out and she solved the problem. The manager of the store Lupe was very helpful , very smart young man who can also speaks Mandarin and Spanish. They are super!”

People that say other wise are just impatient and inconsiderate into seeing that there's only 2 people working with 5 plus people needing help and attention. So yes the wait can sometimes be a little more than usual as expected.”
