Kathy at Rosemont location saved the day! I had a very short window of time to get a very important funeral booklet printed, and what could have been an incredibly stressful experience turned into something so much better because of the wonderful employee who helped me.

When the first sample was printed, the pages were completely out of order and the booklet needed to be reformatted. It was a complicated task, and I honestly wasn’t sure we would be able to get it right in time. Kathy went above and beyond to guide me through the reformatting process. She was incredibly patient, reassuring, and kind throughout the entire experience.

Most importantly, she put my mind at ease during a very emotional and stressful time. She never made me feel rushed or frustrated, and she genuinely cared about helping me get it right.

The finished funeral booklet was absolutely beautiful, and I am so grateful for the time, care, and expertise she gave me. She provided truly exceptional customer service, and FedEx is very fortunate to have someone like her on their team.

“We had a really great experience working with Signs By Tomorrow for all of our signage at QuickWash.

We had a lot of moving pieces—exterior sign, window decals, interior signage—and they handled all of it smoothly. I went back and forth on a bunch of details (colors, sizing, layout, all of it), and they were super patient and collaborative the whole way through.

“I found Chicago Offset by asking ChatGPT for recommendations for a local printer to print saddle stitch lookbooks for my jewelry company. I started the search because we were stuck in a back and forth with another printing company trying to get the colors right.

Daniel invited me out to their office to show me their in-house machines, and explained the importance of me being there for a “press check” when printing began, so that any adjustments could be made then and there.

Their designer Sung worked with us on getting the bleed right on all the pages, and made sure that our file was going to produce the best end product.

Offset also was able to recommend a Mail House to package and ship our product.
