Customer service was top tier in a nation of dying customer service. I was greeted when I walked through the door, was asked if I needed help finding anything and staff was available to help find sizes. I appreciate this experience today and they had amazing sales.

Had an amazing shopping experience this evening at Steve Madden! The young lady ( I believe her name was Katrina, I could be wrong. If so, my apologies) that was assisting me was extremely kind and helpful. Outstanding customer service!! We shared a great conversation and she was able to trick me (all jokes lol) into buying 4 pairs of shoes. She was extremely patient with me as my purchase caused the young ladies to stay a bit after closing due to ordering a shoe for me, but never once did I feel rushed or taken as a bother which is usually the case when you walk into these stores 20/15 mins before closing. I would come back to this location just to shop with Katrina’s friendly face! Great job Steve Madden on training your associates, both young ladies in the store were doing an amazing job keeping this store up and running! Definitely will be back

No one spoke to me when I walked in; they immediately locked the door behind me and were clearly following me around. Never going again. I had to unlock the door myself before going out. I’m not sure if it was racially motivated but it was a very uncomfortable experience.

Very bad customer service at the store. I had online order and they kept me 1 hour in the store because they could not locate my order even though I had all documents. The manager her name was April was pretending that she is not the manager because she was so incompetent to help me. I was feeling like they just made fun of me because I wanted my money back but their system was not suportive so April was just repeating return the order to Fedex. I hvae never felt so bad in terms of customer service. As much as I like the brand I will never ever buy anything from there because of the girls attitude in the store. There was also a new hire that pretty much laughed at my face saying that if I want her to return my money without the receipt (which I had ) she can only do store credit. The worst experience in terms of customer service that I ever had.

The worse experience I had ever had in Steve Madden in Fashion Outlet 07/09/2024. They are fooling people, staff don’t know even which one is on sale . They put the bag in 50% sale then in the cashier I was told different discount, later I was told no discount at all . Staff whispering each other in front of the customer, and superviser is so rude .
No customer service at all. You are pushing away your customers.
Owner of the business please pay attention to this.
So disappointed!!!!!!!!

You can call 100 times and no one ever answers the phone. They have phones so people can find out information on the phone before they drive to the store. This store needs to be closed if Steve Madden can’t get their employees to answer the phone for customers with inquiries like normal companies do.
