When I walked into the store I was greeted by Myriah the sales associate on staff at the time and she was absolutely wonderful. She didn’t hover and she was so very helpful and warm the entire time I was in the store. I would definitely return. Good prices. Good service

Louis was incredibly helpful! The first pair of shoes didn’t fit, but he made the process so easy—he arranged a return and shipped a new pair for me. Now I finally have a comfortable pair, also Zyanya nice.and I couldn’t be happier. They’re the best!!!

Had the best customer service at this Steve Madden! I forgot the girls name but she was wearing a brown shirt w a green skirt and she was BEYOND HELPFUL! She made sure that I was trying all the options!
