Today my family and I went to the Round Lake location to upgrade our iPhones. We were greeted by two incredibly kind and welcoming employees: Bryan and Julian. They were very quick to help us get our upgrades, as well as incredibly willing to answer any questions we had and were overall super helpful and friendly. When there was downtime due to transfers or software needing to be updated, both Bryan and Julian took the time to ask questions about us and were so enthusiastic during the entire process. This is by far the best experience we’ve had when getting new phones and we will 100% be back!

We were treated with respect, curtesy, and friendly faces. I had a million questions and Luis was patient and helpful. Brian was very helpful with my daughter who walked in
not trusting because of a previous encounter in another store. We ended up buying 2 phones and are very happy with all.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The store employees are great it’s nothing against them. The district manager David was suppose to help my husband take care of his bill that THEY messed up. Now instead we are being sent to collections due to a mistake that the store made with our bill and we were promised the bill would be taken care of. They shut our internet off, and keep calling us for collections. Why are we being charged for an account that doesn’t exists? Then my husband finally talks to the district manager David who said he’s too busy and HUNG UP on my husband! Very rude my husband is a firefighter and is gone for days at a time and this guy couldn’t find it in him to help him because he’s too busy? Wow. NEVER will I use ATT again!

Went to upgrade my phone & my daughter’s phone. Luis G was very nice, & helpful. He was helping out an other customer & helping us, he was multitasking with us & the other customer & he didn’t seem stressed or rushed. He also put on our screen protectors on our phone. Overall he was very nice & helpful.

How are they closed at 4:30 on a Monday? Showed up and as we pulled up there was another guy that had been waiting 15 mins more than us.
Called twice to the store, in which the prompt stated if you need someone from the store press 1. Which I did. The first rep put me on hold for over 10 mins and never came back. 2nd rep hung up on me after indicating that people just don't want to work, and some stores have to close because of lunches. Then also aggressively spoke to me after I asked him if he worked at this store. Finally spoke with a manager from the digital solutions department that was patient enough to walk me through a couple questions I had. However that does not excuse a store being closed.
All of this sounds like an ATT problem, hire more people. If you have to adjust your hours do so on Google so people know when you are open or not. I stood in front for over 30 minutes with my 3 children all under 9, which isn't easy.
Frustrating when you spend a good deal of money with a company and this is the customer service received. Sigh.
UPDATED AFTER ATT REPLIED TO MY REVIEW: I sent an email to the one listed in the reply to my review and that was 3 days ago. I have heard NOTHING back. HORRIBLE customer service all around.

I love dealing with the particular store, the customer service experience is always pleasant. Darien is always really helpful. And knows pretty much all the answers to my questions. Seems like every-time i go in he is working which is awesome (dedicated worker) hooked me up this time with fiber.

Best Team out of any AT&T by far, Ashley and the rest of the crew are great. Normally visits feel like a “death by powerpoint presentation” just listening to an associate trying to upsell the whole store but this location felt like a family gathering. You aren’t allowed to leave until you are 100% taken care of and thats how it ought to be. Thanks Ashley and Luis, will definitely be back.
