I honestly thought my 2006 Rav 4 was in much worse shape and was bracing myself for a much bigger bill—but that wasn’t the case at all.

“Ordered my wheels online and made an appointment but got delayed due to tire shipping delay. They called me the day before my appointment and were awesome to offer me a different tire thats available in the same tire tier as what i originally ordered and I agreed but they had to get it from another store so my appointment was delayed by a couple of hours. But as soon as I got there miraculously my tires that i originally ordered arrived so they installed it. I dont mind the delay but these people go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. After blowing out a tire right in front of their shop after they had already closed for the evening, I left my car in their parking lot, dropped my keys in the overnight box, and was pleasantly surprised to find I could book an appointment online for the very next morning.

Before my appointment, they called me to discuss my options and provided honest, knowledgeable advice. At no point did I feel pressured into buying services or products I didn't need. Instead, they took the time to answer additional questions I had that weren't even related to the tire repair, which I really appreciated.

Their tire prices were fair, and they had some great promotions available. Even though the tires I chose weren't in stock, they were able to get four new tires installed, complete an alignment, and take care of a few additional services—all in the same day.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. Pickup was quick and hassle-free.
