“I love this location. Been going there for over a decade. I see people report on here a bad review for one incident despite them admitting they come here a lot.
As far as the experience when you go inside:
Most of the time it's a great experience, better than you get on average anywhere else, that's for sure.
The place is clean and well organized, always. Always stocked. Never anything in the way that customers can trip on or be inconvenienced from.
Prices are clearly marked.
The workers are great, out going, friendly, personable, knowledgeable and always willing to help 999 times out of 1,000.

Every business has a bad moment occasionally, that's inevitable.
Sometimes employees are having a bad day or bad moment but that's rare and uncontrollable. I have yet to see it.

Prices are comparable to other gas stations and convenience stores.

Now with that said, the outside tells a different story. Appearance looks dated. Doesn't feel too clean. Even at the entrance to the store.

For some reason we can't figure out why but there are a couple of parking spots near the door that are on quite a slant, your car is not level at all. It is really off-putting so we park further to avoid them, especially in winter. It took a minute to learn and remember to avoid them.
Until we did they were a bit dangerous for my elderly mother. You should be concerned for safety reasons. The odd thing is is that this seems like a Thorntons thing because we've experienced it in 2 other locations.
I never see this at other gas stations though so it can't be a necessary thing.

Gas prices are inconsistent as far as being competitive. Sometimes they are lower than others in the area. And sometimes higher. So I can't just go there knowing I'll get the best price around like I could just a couple of years ago. And that's even with their rewards.

Lastly, this part is about the Thorntons company and their rewards. Just a year or so ago you were great with the program. It really drew me in. We'd get free drinks after so many purchases, like 5 or 6. I would frequently get deals in the app. The gas discounts were great. 99% of the time it was $.25 off per gallon when it's receive one about every three weeks.
That's when I knew the gas prices were going to almost always beat local competition.

We felt we were much more appreciated and felt good going there instead of elsewhere.
It was always nice when getting a drink and the surprise it was free.
But now we don't feel like that's our gas spot like it was.
It's just another gas station now to us.”

“I went to this Walgreens on a Tuesday around 8:30pm Pharmacy tech was smiley and very helpful. Pharmacist used a voucher to allow for my Covid shot to be covered completely ($150) administered my shot with ease. The lady at checkout was also very nice greeted with a smile. These other reviews I read prior to coming had me nervous but I did not experience any of the negative things mentioned by other people.”
