Old National Bank has extremely friendly and nice staff who take their time explaining things. The location has excellent service, with personal bankers coming through to help even during busy and frustrating times, such as after the recent merger. While some customers have been locked out or experienced long hold times, the employees remain helpful and patient, resetting passwords and providing solutions. Many customers have banked here for a very long time, through multiple name changes, and continue to recommend the bank because of its staff. They appreciate the friendly tellers and bankers who provide assured protection and help avoid problems.

I am updating my review from negative to positive because the company has effectively taken measures to address the issues I encountered, including a phone call to apologize and resolve the problems. I truly appreciate the help they gave me to fix all the issues I had. Thanks again!

You would think a bank wouldn't want to make setting up an account excessively difficult. Well you'd be wrong to assume that with this bank lol.
