Hemant (the owner) and his team provide top notch and friendly customer service, putting your mind at ease knowing that your packages will arrive safely and on time to their destination. His custom printing service is wonderful and I have worked with him on many designs for several parties thrown by my family. The moment you walk into the store, you’re greeted with a friendly smile and conversation. Hemant always asks about my family and our dog, and if everything is going well for us. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back time and time again. I do not like going to the US Postal Service for anything due to major mishaps, theft, and mishandling of my packages. Hemant and his UPS Store in Vernon Hills is the only place I trust for my shipping and printing needs. I cannot recommend the UPS Store in Vernon Hills enough to people in our area. t-shirts and wasn't sure how they would look. Eliseo advised me that they could work with the design to get the best results. Boy did they ever they redesigned the shirts so that the original number of people requesting the shirt tripled! They were on a time restraint due to my late ordering and met the deadline 5 days earlier. The quality of the shirts was definitely a plus, good quality shirts for a very fair price. I could not be more pleased with the product I received and everyone at the company is thrilled with the design. Thank you, Associated Graphics, for a job well done!”

“Always great service and honest people. They will help you package your products and use the most efficient methods if possible. The value is worth the trip in instead of driving around to different places to ship as they ship through all major services (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc). We were having trouble printing the label, and I was in a rush during my lunch break, but she stayed patient and made sure everything was handled.
