We were having trouble printing the label, and I was in a rush during my lunch break, but she stayed patient and made sure everything was handled. She even made sure the package was submitted before the 5pm pickup so I wouldn’t miss my trade-in deadline (which happened to be my last day to turn it in!).

When I went to pick up the order I noticed it was the wrong size. I was in a hurry and couldn't stay to get it fixed. The next day, this morning, I wanted to go back and order it online. And again I clicked on the11x17. But again I didnt trust the system. I went to the store and talked to the lady. And im sorry I didnt get her name. She was so patient with me. And I explained what happened. Even showed her on the phone that when I click 11x17 paper. She managed to reprint and laminate for myself. Thank you again for the great customer service.
