“This Mundelein storage facility is well lit, clean, solid brick, and easy for me to access but the main reason I rent here is Sammy. He is knowledgeable and attentive, and his upbeat personality turns StorageMart into a pleasant place to visit. Outstanding service is rare these days so it’s good to know I can count on Sammy.”

“Moved into the storage unit a couple weeks ago. The process was very easy and Angie was able to answer the few questions I had during my move in. The location is great and makes accessing items in the unit easy if I need them. My only wish is to make the cost a bit more affordable. I locked in the web rate but it seems that rate is only valid for a short time and will increase after 6mo. It makes it difficult to keep the same unit and location for long term rentals.”

“We used Extra Space Storage on 1255 Townline Rd. Mundelein, to store belongings for our daughter and son-in-law, who are moving from Ohio.
Chris was SO helpful to us. Not only did he help us decide what size storage to get, he personally walked us over and showed us everything. I had been calling him several times and he was always kind, patient and friendly.
When we had to get the bigger storage because we needed the space, he drove us over to the new unit and showed us everything. I have never met anyone as personable Chris, who goes out of his way to help people.
The building itself is secure and clean. The security cameras are a plus. We rented a well-lit, indoor climate-controlled unit that you can just drive up to. It’s a piece of cake!”
“Theo, the site manager was incredibly helpful & pleasant. And the lady i spoke on the phone with was as well. The facilities are very clean, brightly lit and well maintained.”
“We work as movers and deal with storage facilities all the time, and the service we got here was on another level. Micheal helped us find the right unit and walked us through everything with a smile on his face the entire time.
That kind of attitude really stands out because we don’t get it at every storage place. He was patient, knew his stuff, and made a stressful move day feel easy.

“It’s nice that there are actual people there to talk to. Lots of places are replacing people with robots and machines that don’t know or understand human compassion or logic, so it’s nice to have my belongings at a place with real people managing the grounds and making sure everything is the way it’s supposed to be.”

“Public Storage provides an outstanding environment to safely store your important belingings, short or long term. My only criticism is that they do not pro-rate your last month if you occupy only one day. You pay the FULL month! This is preposterous and I am leaving another unit I have since two can play the revenue pain game.”

Facility is secure. The indoor storage area is clean and well lit.
The grounds are always plowed as soon as it snows before the start of the next day.
Only reason I’m leaving is because I am changing jobs and no longer need the space.
I will gladly rent space again once I need it.
