“I’m incredibly impressed with the property, its design, and the staff. Alexa and Sasha are very professional and truly demonstrate the level of service you would expect from a Class A building. Station 250 offers the perfect combination of quality, comfort, and a great place to live.
If I could give them 10 stars, I definitely would! Highly recommended!”
“Tiffany is one of the most outstanding staff members. She was very helpful and welcoming when helping me find a place I could comfortably live in. It’s a struggle to find a good place nowadays, and Tiffany took the time to make the whole process of moving in smooth and stress-free for me. Paul was also incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process, and I really appreciate both of them for their help.”
“I love living here, the staff in the office is so kind and friendly. Kristen always has a smile on her face and is very informative. Graham is always very efficient and fast with getting maintenance work done. All maintenance request are handled promptly. Very clean, nice pool, decent gym for basic workouts for free. Thank you Grayspointe”

“I moved here in March 2026 and Ihave had a great experience with the office assistant mgr Yaritza, Nick mgr, and the maintenance crew Marquis, Ken, and Steve. They have consistently helped with any needs and the maintenance crew takes care of issues within a week but usually within a day has been my experience. I love it here, the events and the pool!”
