“Clover ridge was a great place to live, maintenance was amazing, very friendly, always stopped to say hi to my dog and ask how we were doing.
The reason for 4 stars has nothing to do with the apt itself. Its the fact that fireworks were shot off every night from memorial day to labor day from surrounding apt buildings. My poor dog would be up shaking every night from 9am to 1am. Police could/would do nothing about it.
If you dont have a dog that's afraid of fireworks, or they dont bother you, I highly recommend living here, staff is great and neighbors were kind and quiet. But just be weary of the nightly noise that could keep you up from surrounding apt buildings.”

Kelmscott team goes above and beyond in every aspect and especially in the maintaince dept.
Jimmy’s work is second to none. Jimmy handles the problems immediately and in addition to a problem you might have, he will take the time to check out any other issues a resident might have and fixes those issues as well.

“I wish I still lived here! The office staff is amazing, all of my interactions with the ladies working in there were positive (my situation while I was there was a bit messy) but they took the time to talk me through everything and made me aware of my options. When I moved in they were in the process of changing management, but even with all of that going on they were able to accommodate to get the move in going. I didn’t frequent the common areas all that often but never had any issues when I did. Was almost always able to get parking near the door closest to my unit. The unit itself was really nice, lots of kitchen outlets! Work orders were handled in a timely fashion. In the year I was there I only ever heard one of my neighbors twice through the walls, otherwise it’s relatively quiet!
I would like to note 2 things just based on personal preference for anyone reading reviews before moving in:
1. The bedroom in my unit did not have overhead lighting (I believe it’s the same for all but not 100% certain). I didn’t take that into account, I am not much of a lamp person. (Again, personal preference!)
2. If you are a light sleeper and/or work an overnight and sleep into the morning/afternoon, avoid units close to the garbage pickup area. Trash is picked up multiple times a week. I am sadly both of the above, but I was able to switch my schedule and make it work!”

“Update after 3 Years: I have officially lived here 3 years now and have just renewed for a fourth year. I stand by everything I stated below. Rent is extremely fair for apartments of similar quality in the area. The place is QUIET! Yes all apartments have some noise, but I have never had an unreasonably noisy neighbor. Everyone is very friendly. The staff is great! Renewing your lease is easy and hassle free. The maintenance staff goes absolutely above and beyond.Previous comments: I’ve lived here for 1.5 years now. The rent is very fair for the area. The buildings are quiet and well kept. Maintenance staff is very responsive and does a great job. The front office staff is very nice and responsive. They have also been taking the time to update the buildings (new paint, etc) and upkeep the grounds (new flowers, signage, trees, etc.)”

“I lived here for 6 years and am going to miss it here. Although the building I lived in was old and had its fair share of problems. The management group was nothing but helpful whenever we ran into an issue. They were always super flexible on any requests I had. This place is also super pet friendly too and was a great place to raise my first pup. Highly recommend this place if anyone is looking.”

“My move into Majestic Apartments came with a few issues, as many moves do. Those situations can be even more frustrating when a maintenance team is unresponsive or dismissive and all you want is someone to help. Thankfully, I had the pleasure of working with Ray, the Maintenance Supervisor.
From the beginning, Ray took ownership of the situation. He apologized for my experience, assured me he would do everything he could to make things right, and most importantly, he followed through.
Ray consistently went above and beyond. He didn't just make repairs—he made sure everything was completed properly and to my satisfaction before closing out a work order. That level of care is rare. Too often, maintenance teams complete a quick fix, mark the ticket as resolved, and never confirm whether the resident is actually happy with the outcome. Ray made sure every concern was addressed and that I was completely satisfied before considering the job finished.
Another thing I greatly appreciated is that I work from home and, in the past, I've had maintenance teams disregard my schedule, even when I provided a broad time window for entry. Ray always communicated in advance, scheduled visits at times that worked for me, and respected both my time and my workspace.
Beyond his technical skills, Ray is professional, courteous, dependable, and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. He turned what was a stressful move in experience into a positive one through his responsiveness, communication, and commitment to doing the job right.
I can't recommend Ray highly enough. Majestic Apartments is fortunate to have someone with his level of professionalism and dedication leading the maintenance team.”
