I came in to get my third lobes pierced, as well as to get some advice on my ear set up and a healing navel. First of all, the selection of jewelry is not only high quality but also absolutely gorgeous. The standards of cleanliness at this shop are the highest I’ve ever seen. Danielle is so kind and knowledgeable, the moment you meet her you can tell this is her passion. The piercing was done quickly and neatly, and her taste when it comes to styling an ear is impeccable. “I lost a stone in my family ring, it was my husbands stone who passed away from Covid, I was devastated after I calmed down I knew that I had to take it to a place I trusted and that was with George at Village Jewelers. I went Saturday morning and asked if it could be repaired , my ring is 36 years old all the prongs were bad I also had a anniversary ring that was missing a stone, George told me no problem it would take some time . “I've been driving to Crystal Lake for thirt stores for the last couple of years. WHAT A MISTAKE!! This store has it ALL and then some. It may look small from the front but it is HUGE! Name brand clothing some with tags, boots, hats, scarves, purses, etc. They even have a small Boho Chic area! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend Wild Raspberry!!! I wish I would have taken pics, next time for sure!”

“I was in here during the 2022 Summer Wine walk, and I saw the coolest metal sign on their wall. I asked if it was for sale and she said it was art work for the store but she got my contact info and sent me the name of the shop that made it. Now, a lot of these places get super busy during the wine walk so it was greatly appreciated that she took the time to do this. PLUS they have a ton of cute clothes and accessories. I can’t wait to go back and support this awesome local business! ❤️”

“I've been to this store twice to sell jewelry. On both occasions, from the time I walked in the store, to the time I walked out, absolute professionalism! While going thru the process, the entire staff showed empathy, but also showed excellent customer service. At no point did i feel pressured like you see on those hack TV shows. When I asked what the appraisal cost was, I was told there was no charge, only that if I ever wanted to sell they were interested. This kind of investment in future customers is rare and appreciated. “Okay so I was I hesitant to pursue this jeweler based on prior reviews left by customers but I was reluctant to find myself taken care of by this business. Blanca and Barb have gone over and beyond since the first minute I walked into their location. I was seeking engagement ring options and they devoted hours to me to show me their full selection. Of course like any sales post option, they were encouraging me to make a decision before leaving but we're completely considerate when I told them I'd have to think about the decision before committing. Between their respectable service, and the beautiful diamonds, sold for an exceptional price I may add, I circled around and bought a ring from them. “I was given money to buy a new hat for my birthday.I was being particular about which hat and style that I wanted.I went to Boot-Barn, Joe's Boots, some small western stores in the area, and even went to Alcalas.I could not find the hat that I was looking for.El Dorado Jewelry and Western had the largest selection that I've seen so far. and the best selection!the owner is friendly, took patient time with me and helped me find the perfect hat.
