“had an unexpected problem with my sun roof and it wouldn’t close, so after calling so many mechanics if they could squeeze me in for a short notice no one could take me. I called Full Circle Auto Service and Micheal was so great and took me in within a short notice. Both him and his father were all smiles and even offered me coffee while I was waiting. I left my car and were able to fix my problem within 2-3 hours. I was very pleased with how great the customer service interaction was and how understanding both Michael and his father were of my unexpected situation. It was also very reasonably priced. Definitely will be coming back for their mechanic services !”

“Was a pleasure working w/ Adam to arrange work. He was very polite & patient to consider carefully what I needed & expected for my VW Jetta. I am probably one of the more “detailed” customers engaged intimately into mfg recommended maintenance, repair & circumstances involving all the machines I’ve owned & managed over many years. I received prompt text updates during/after service. Adam was able to answer all questions sufficiently. We collaborated very well to address only the things required, align on all aspects of vehicle health/status. Actual costs of service aligned with estimates. I felt Keith’s assessment of the car’s condition was accurate and well substantiated. Adam arranged a drive w/ a tech to evaluate further a suspect transmission bearing failure, encouraging some technical research to discover potential root causes and gravity of what this potential might mean in the health & longevity of the car. I am looking for a capable, trusted resource to partner with me in keeping all my VW cars in good shape. I am feeing confident in Keith’s so far. “I had the best experience here. I work in Highland but live out of town and my belt on my tire was either broken or something causing my car to vibrate. Called Larry's to get a quote on 4 new tires and they were very reasonable. They did not carry them in stock but had them delivered that afternoon and installed later that afternoon. I was very impressed with the professionalism and am going to get tires for my other two vehicles there.”
“I just showed up and he took care of me right away! I had a flat and he checked it but due to where the leak was, he couldn't fix it. Luckily, he had a replacement tire in stock and got it swapped out in no time! He also had fixed a tire for my wife a while back and she also had a great experience. I would definitely recommend them!”

“I called Jascur, fuming mad about something broken on my kids new (to her) car that Walmart blamed on the last person who changed the oil. I did research and that was Jascur. Well, turns out Jascur did NOT do said thing. The owner of Jascur was still SO kind to me and took the time out of his day RIGHT THEN to come look at my kids car at Walmart and take care of the issue EVEN THOUGH HE WASN'T EVEN AT FAULT! That is amazing customer service! We will be using him from now on. My dad even said he is going to drive the 45 minutes to use him from now on! You really can’t get much better service than that. Long winded, but the owner of Jascur is a wonderful man and capable of dealing with super overwhelmed, freaked out, dramatic women like me. Bravo. Lol”

Their friendly, helpful staff assisted me with identifying damaged areas and planning the repairs in a way to limit the time I went without my van. The finished product looked great (way better than expected) and the detailed cleaning they did prior to returning the vehicle was fantastic! There was a hiccup with communicating the timing of the work completion on my vehicle, but I felt the staff handled the problem and made it right for me in the end. Thank you!”

Brad was glad to help and spent time driving around the block to replicate the sound. He called the nearest dealership and arrange for our repair. He wouldn’t accept compensation for his time. We are so thankful for his assistance. What was a scary situation for an out of town family with small kids and a dog in tow, was made very manageable by Brad at St. Jacob Automotive.”
