Not only did she she answer my question, she went above and beyond and provided further guidance to ensure my delivery goes as expected. Good customer service is a rare occurrence these days (hence why I called OFallon instead of Belleville) and I sincerely appreciate her reminding me that there are people who still go above and beyond to be helpful.”
“I was weak and unable to stand up on my walker to wait for the VanGo bus to pick me and my homemaker back up for me to return home. My homemaker asked for a stool for me to sit down in the lobby, and the postal worker provided me one to sit on until the bus came.”

My own ignorance to what I needed to do was my only holdup but I was given accurate assistance to get what I needed done. They for sure sell stamps and can mail things certified.”
