Any packages we get delivered to our home get delivered to one of our neighbors instead of our home. It’s been happening all the time. We recently moved here and this has happened more times at our new home than at our old home in a different town. I could understand once or twice. But this happens every single time.

We keep sending mail out inside the post office and two weeks later people are not receiving it. I was told I could send it certified. Why should we pay extra on letters. And they have nerve to raise postage next month. We are losing services trying to send checks in the mail.
