“Appreciated their promptness replying back on calls, how quick my order was filled and received. Carter was easy to work with, and our delivery was quite a ways from the shop and it they managed to get a delivery to us all by phone purchase. We have been customers with Slyman for years and this is why we have been with them on all our appliance purchases. Thank you!”

“The overall experience was great. Sarah was absolutely helpful and very friendly which made things so much easier for me. I do fault myself for not looking at the furniture more, several stains and spots that I can’t get out but that is my fault. Overall the customer service was amazing, prices are good and I recommend to anyone starting out or looking to upgrade the 120 days same as cash is also amazing.”

“I agree with the review from Gemini and can attest to the fact that this location is the best in St. Louis! The entire staff is professional and very hard workers. They will get the job done when they say it is going to be done. The manager is polite, kind and very clear about what to expect when you rent from them. He explains clearly options and takes the time to welcome you to Rent One. They really need to be acknowledged for ALWAYS doing a great job. if I could give them a 10 I would. The store is in perfect condition and the items are definitely in great shape. I love this store and how Mr. Hinton , the store manager is running it. There's also Ms. Chevet who is always very pleasant and is very professional. Kudos to this entire team. Please acknowledge this store as the BEST in St. Louis!! Ms.E. McCrary..... I am looking forward to doing more business with this store! t Thank you! Oooops, and I definitely cannot leave out the 2 delivery guys who made it happen!! I'm sorry I cannot remember their names, but on both occasions they were AWESOME!!!!”

“Ms. Dorothy is just the best! I got an ottoman, a table, and a couch from her shop. Some items I refurbished to my liking but all her stuff has good bones. I usually buy higher end pieces, but I’m trying to create less waste, shop local and thrift more. I’m very happy with my purchases and will be returning soon!”

“We bought this LG washer from River City nearly 5 years ago and it has been an absolute champ! The staff are absolutely great, straight shooters with high value and integrity. Their same as cash warranty offers really solid peace of mind. I came back just recently while we were shopping for a fridge and asked if a certain fridge could fit milk jugs in the door. Conlyn literally installed the shelves in the fridge and grabbed a gallon jug from his own fridge so we could test it! Incredible service, quality product, great people.”

“This location was packed last week for the end of April... but they had beautiful flowers and a wide assortment of mulch. I prefer to go to the smaller floral shops for actual plants, but I needed to come here for peat moss that they didn't carry elsewhere. Although it was busy the self check out went relatively quick. Overall pleased with the experience.”

“Ms Jackson out in gardening was so helpful today. I hope this review gets to her. I was waiting on a loader to load my car with a screwdriver and she said “let me see if I have one in my car” so we didn’t have to wait. That is going above and beyond for your customers, and I just wanted her to know that I appreciate her!”
