“I agree with the review from Gemini and can attest to the fact that this location is the best in St. Louis! The entire staff is professional and very hard workers. They will get the job done when they say it is going to be done. The manager is polite, kind and very clear about what to expect when you rent from them. He explains clearly options and takes the time to welcome you to Rent One. They really need to be acknowledged for ALWAYS doing a great job. if I could give them a 10 I would. The store is in perfect condition and the items are definitely in great shape. I love this store and how Mr. Hinton , the store manager is running it. There's also Ms. Chevet who is always very pleasant and is very professional. Kudos to this entire team. Please acknowledge this store as the BEST in St. Louis!!

“The staff are very kind and accommodating with their willingness to help though I would thoroughly check any lumber that you're purchasing as it is very hard to find a straight board nowadays. If you order ahead and request a pickup order then who knows what quality you will get. I had to go searching through numerous boards in order to find a small amount of straight or slightly curved manageable boards with a variety of sizes. The store is good but I am very upset with the quality of Wood nowadays. It is sad to say that you cannot find a straight board. The tool selection and everything else is good and fairly priced with a nice selection to choose from.”

“Great Garden Center. Home Depot sells Kellogg Organic Soil exclusively in the St. Louis area and it's made locally. Great Soil for gardening, flower pots, raised beds, grass topper and indoor plants.”
“This location was packed last week for the end of April... but they had beautiful flowers and a wide assortment of mulch. I prefer to go to the smaller floral shops for actual plants, but I needed to come here for peat moss that they didn't carry elsewhere. Although it was busy the self check out went relatively quick. Overall pleased with the experience.”

“Had an appointment to get my laptop fixed. Showed up 10 minutes early just to be safe and waited 20 minutes to be seen. Not a problem so far. This guy talks through the problem and end up telling me that he has to send it off to Apple and it’s a 9-15 day process, but also he is not from that store originally so I will have to wait for the other Geek to finish with her customer so she can process it. All good. Takes about 10 minutes for the other customer to get finished up and then we begin. Reviewed every thing from the other guy and she starts typing. She stops to check in a new walk in and here is where I became frustrated. Over the course of about an hour she spent about 10 total minutes working to process my drop off because every time a new walk in comes in, she stops to check them in, which is fine, but each one she spent about 5 minutes talking through their problem instead of getting the gist and telling them she’ll address it when it’s their turn. Finally, she has reached a stopping point and tells me “Good news! You won’t have to wait 9/15 days because I suggest you take this to MacHQ because they can do in store repair!” Turns out that she was having difficulty running diagnostics and she could not process the drop off without running diagnostics. If I had simply been able to walk away from the store with this one thing checked off my to do list, I would have forgiven everything else. However, enduring the unnecessary hour of her very distractedly helping me only to tell me that, essentially, if she’d worked a little quicker, I could have just been on my way. I would leave one star, but I do not think the store and its other employees deserve to be lumped into the poor workmanship of this one individual.”

I went back again and purchased a BD room set and sectional. Never had one complaint. The manager Rockie is very professional and I think the other guy is Terrance..... Both very professional. “had a great experience with Oh So in the paint department. I was standing there going through all of the colors completely undecided, and he came over and within two minutes helped me narrow everything down. He asked the right questions and quickly guided me to the perfect color.
He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. Instead of rushing me, he made sure I felt confident about the choice and explained the different options in a way that was easy to understand.
Great customer service like that really stands out. If you need help in the paint department, I definitely recommend asking for Oh So. He made the whole experience quick, easy, and stress-free. I don’t know how he spells his name maybe it’s Oso, but to me, he is, Oh So handsome, Oh So kind and Oh So smoove!”
