My experience at the Ridge Rd location was consistently frustrating; the service was often rude, and I had repeated issues with prescriptions not being ready on time. It is truly a shame that, as a resident of Lansing, I have to drive to Hammond just to receive reliable service, but this location has made the trip well worth it.
The pharmacy staff here is professional, incredibly friendly, and they are always on time with my refills. Making this switch was the best choice I could have made for my peace of mind. Highly recommended!”

Clearly Bart and Tamica know what being on hold is like, because they even waited for me to transfer my prescription after they clocked out to help me recive my needed prescription at Walgreens. I often get real busy between school and work they stay on top of everything from contacting the doctor for prior authorizations to reminding me its time for a refill. “I highly recommend switching from CVS to Walmart pharmacy.
Twice CVS claimed they couldn't fill a prescription because of no response from doctors. The doctors never received the requests, sent the scripts to Walmart and each time they were filled within hours. The problems with our experience with CVS occurred all of a sudden within the past few months, suggesting perhaps a change in corporate direction or employee dissatisfaction. Whatever the reasons, CVS disregard for patient medical needs can put your health at risk. Hopefully, such incompetence will be avoided here. Fingers crossed.”
