“I ordered a prescription refill from Meijer pharmacy a week before I needed, but they were out of it and the delivery kept getting delayed until I ran out. Meijer always charges $39.99 for that particular prescription. I had my doctor call it in to Walgreens, and they were going to charge $149.99! I had a recommendation for We Care Pharmacy, and they only charged $29.99, and they had it ready for pick up very quickly. The personal touch was SO refreshing! I've almost forgotten what it's like to be treated like a customer at a pharmacy. I'll be switching all my prescriptions to We Care!”

“A more personal touch. I don't think the prices are different from Walgreens, but the wait and time in line is way faster. Plus this is shopping small businesses. I like to support small businesses.”

“The staff there are very helpful. I needed a prescription filled urgently and my insurance did not cover it. The other pharmacies would not even order it even when I said I would pay due to it being expensive. Community Surgery Center Pharmacy ordered it, had it next day and found a coupon that took the price from $450 to $40. Great staff. Thank you very much.”

“Went to the cvs minute clinic and was seen by the provider Shatara Coleman and she was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. There was a small wait but I expected that. I would recommend minute clinic for quick great care.”

“It seems to be very pleasant. Conversation with the pharmacy and people are nice. It is not ghetto like the South Holland Jewel. I will always come to this store. Peaceful and pleasant. So far no problems. Hope to stay that way.”

“The people in the pharmacy work so hard! I feel bad for them when they have to deal with impatient customers who are sometimes just plain mean. Hey, please try to BE NICE to them.”

“The bad reviews for this CVS puzzle me. I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years and rarely ever had any issues. Especially with the pharmacists. Usually they’re women and they’ve always been professional and pleasant to approach to ask questions or understand information. I’m not saying no one has legitimate complaints, but I question how reasonable most of them are. I’ve witnessed customers throw downright temper tantrums because they didn’t get their way when the workers are only trying to follow the law and company policy. Plus, the techs are usually young and poorly paid meaning there is higher turnover. But they’re not trained medical professionals and I’ve seen people treat them like garbage. That leaves the pharmacist to bear the brunt of things, which they do rather miraculously given the circumstances.”

“We've always had a good experience at CVS. The only complaint would be with the lack of medication they have in stock, my kids get the same medication monthly and sometimes it's a struggle to get it from the same location or we have also had to wait several days waiting for them to place an order for the medication and receive it.”

“Great customer service from Steve the manager at the Munster Walgreens. When the pharmacy could'nt fill my prescription Steve got right on it. I was able to get the prescription at another Walgreens in a neighboring town. Kudos to Steve!”
