I picked a vehicle in Indianapolis which developed some problems on the way to Champaign, IL. I went to Willard Airport in Champaign and Abti was very great. He swapped it out for a different vehicle and it only took about 5 minutes. Abti is a great asset as an employee and exemplifies what good customer service is.
