“The car was great and had zero issues. However, we weren’t happy with the customer services that we received from the employee when picking up the vehicle. He was not the friendliest at all. We had a scheduled pick up at 10:30 for an SUV. The vehicle wasn’t ready when we got there. He asked if we REALLY needed an SUV…..we picked out the type of vehicle we wanted and the website assured us it would be ready. All in all, we would use the Willard location again if we needed to, but we will prob stick with enterprise on prospect. Much friendlier and accommodating staff”

“The front desk is super responsive and provides plenty of options when it comes to car selection. The pickup process was also very quick and smooth. Overall, a great experience!”

“Been renting from this location for about 5 years, as I travel a lot for vacation and I don't own a car. Have been always satisfied with their help, whether if I request a specific car or if I can pick it up earlier/later due to an unforseen circumstances. As long as they are still at this location, I will continue to rent from them.”

“Had a fantastic experience at this location. 5 stars only because it won't let me give 10. Jarrell was kind, courteous, and professional. That level of customer service is rare these days. I've rented a lot of cars, but this experience was as smooth as can be. Will definitely be back. Thank you Alamo for getting me where I needed to go!”

“Couldn't be happier with the service we received when we arrived. Shania made getting our car checked out a breeze & made sure we were all setup before we left. The car return was just as simple.”
