“It's Walmart. You know what you're gonna get when you walk through the door. Groceries are expensive, nobody can afford anything..
But it's not something that any of the people working can control. They're friendly, helpful, etc. No issues whatsoever.”
“I have found several instances of this Walmart lowering their prices on items that we regularly purchase for a month or so and then raising it back to their previous price and then raising it again in a couple of weeks to a new higher price. I hope this doesn't become a pattern. This soap was $2.97 forever and then all of a sudden went to $4.97. Ironically, after I mentioned it in a previous survey, it went back to it's previous $2.97. This item seems to have now disappeared from the soap set. Change for the sake of change is getting tiring at Wal-Mart”
“Ran into an issue with another local Walmart refusing to help with a defective tire (not a roadside assistance issue; a defective tire wall issue). After being accused of lying about what happened 3 different times and then being told it wasn’t their problem, a phone call was made to Mark at Savoy Tire Dept and he was able to fix the issue in a matter of minutes. No concerns, no allegations- a simple “well that’s not right, let’s get that fixed for you”. So very refreshing. Thank you for your kindness Mark!”
