I had low coolant in my 2007 5 series, I called and they offered to top it off without charge same day. Matt in the service department was very friendly and welcoming. Amazing customer service. Would definitely bring my car in again.

Service department as always promptly performed the checkup of our BMW right on schedule… no problems… even replacing a a missing screw on the rear license plate holder. Cost was approx 260. Thanks for promptly taking good care of our baby BMW! Your honesty and professionalism is very much appreciated..
